The other team to Cody, our moderator, before we entered the room: "I know why the other team is so good. They're homeschooled."

Victoria, praying before we went into the championship round: "Dear God, help us to remember the answers to the questions and to buzz in fast...and please help the other team to win for once."(That was one prayer we were thankful God said no :P)

Danny, our youth pastor: Say John Luke had a bunch of money and a real nice gun. And say Scottie, Elijah, Noah, Samuel, and Zach were coming over, and he didn't exactly trust them. What would he do with his stuff?
Scottie: Stand over the pile of money with his gun!
