K yall....
I had another impulsive idea - some of you know I've tried it already though e-mail and it hasn't fully worked :) haha so I thought I'd try it here.
Here's how it works:
Someone, to start it, picks a Bible verse. Say I picked...
Genesis 1:1
"In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth."
The next person would find a verse that started with the last letter of mine, which would be "h".
For example, Proverbs 3:9
"Honour the LORD with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase:"
The next person would find another verse that started with "e" and so it continues....
Let me know if you have any questions! Otherwise, let the fun begin!
I'll start -
Psalm 100:1
"Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands."
P.S. I'm going to make a link to this post on the sidebar so if (and hopefully so!) you wish to keep playing, it'll be easy to find it.

Well, I *could* say, "Serve the Lord with gladness," (Psalm 100:2) but I'll be a little more original and continue with this:
"Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near." (Isaiah 55:6)
I'm eager to see where this goes!
haha!! I didn't even notice that!!
"Receive my instruction, and not silver; and knowledge rather than choice gold."
~Proverbs 8:10
Proverbs 8:1
Doth not wisdom cry? and understanding put forth her voice?
Is it OK if I play again, Mattie? (You can delete this if you want!) "Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fail; but they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength--they shall mount up with wings as eagles, they shall run and not be weary, and they shall walk and not faint." Isaiah 40:30-31
Of course I don't mind, play as many times as you want!
Isaiah 40:31 is one of my favorite verses :o)
"The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction." ~Proverbs 1:7
"Now the end of the commandment is charity out of a pure heart, and of a good conscience, and of faith unfeigned." ~1 Timothy 1:5
"Discretion shall preserve thee, understanding shall keep thee:" ~Proverbs 2:11
