My sincere apologies...

...for the lack of posts. I have working on my priorities, making time for the most important things, and blogging just hasn't been one of them.

So, here's a gloriously jumbled up post, selfishly written so I can try to wrestle my thoughts into something somewhat comprehendable. :)

1.  Bible Bee materials arrive TOMORROW. I am so unbelievably excited (: It's like Christmas in June.

2. Southern Regionals are at the end of July. That's right, the end of July. Which happens to be not even two months away. Study, study, study....and study some more. Good thing I love this stuff (:

3. My littlest sister is the most adorable kid I've ever seen. I love her so much.

3 1/2. I love my other two siblings too (: The way their brains work is incredible...see what they came up with last week?!

4. The garden is coming along delightfully well. We're even getting a few tomatoes (: Granted, they're small, but they are ripe, juicy, field grown tomatoes. At the end of May. YUM!

5. I love this:

6. He loves you. Whoa. There's a mind-blowing thought. The Creater and Sustainer of the whole world loves me, and calls me His child. The title of my blog is "Daughter of the King." That would mean I am a princess, correct? Question is, am I living like it? Are you?

6 1/2. "The God Who made a giant-killer out of David is ready to make one out of you." Question is, are you ready to be a giant killer? Are you willing to surrender completely, to be the clay in the Potter's hands?

7. To go along with the above...isn't it amazing how God works? I don't know about you, but I try to squeeze Him in a box sometimes. I fail to remember that He can do ANYTHING! Exceedingly, abundantly above ALL that we could ask...or even think. Wow. My finite mind cannot comprehend that. I stand in awe of my Creator and Savior.

8. Sorry, y'all. I'm not  going to get through a post without mentioning my incredible four-legged friends. Chance is finally starting to balance out his canter!!! Something we've been working on for so long has finally come together. You know that feeling when you put in the last piece of a 10,000 piece puzzle? Maybe not. Maybe your family isn't full of puzzlers like mine. Oh well. Just trust me...it's a good feeling. A really good feeling.

9. Well, I do believe this post is long enough. Time to go be productive (: And yes, I am stopping at number 9. A delightfully uneven number. Happy trailzz!
