I want to...

live so God can use me, anywhere and anytime!!

Wow. That's such a great thought! I can imagine that many Christians would like to be able to say that about their lives. The question is, how many of us are willing to do what it takes? To completely surrender, and be ready for whatever God has in store for us. I know you've probably heard many times that your biggest enemy is yourself...I agree completely.
Times when I know I should be doing my Bible study, but don't really feel like it .... (Using excuses like I did it yesterday, I can make up tomorrow, there's so many other things that need to be done!) Sometimes it takes a lot of determination to go get my Bible and begin....but I ALWAYS find myself richly rewarded for digging deeper!
I want my life to reflect the Light of the world. Have yall heard the saying "Be the moon. Reflect the Son"? I think that hits the proverbial nail on the head. At the end of a concert, people applaud the pianist, not the piano. I am just a tool in God's hand. By His wonderful grace, He sent his only begotten Son to suffer the excruciating death on the cross and bear my sin so that I might believe and have eternal life with Him. . .who am I to completely ignore that?  How in the world can we, mere sinners, reach the standard of perfection that God requires without His grace?

Through Christ's help, I want to make my life an empty vessel. Ready to do God's will anywhere, at any time.
