This past weekend we got a grand total of almost 3 inches of snow! Almost record breaking for the past few years in NC! :)
Saturday morning, Ack, Faith, and I went out to play...since it was sorta icy on the top it was the BEST for sledding down the yard! After we had our fill of that we headed down to the creek...and I learned that snow boots are not always waterproof. I was trying to cross the creek where I probably shouldn't have, and I stepped in the water...well my boots weren't waterproof! So I walked in cold water for the rest of the time outside. Oh well! :) After visiting "the pond", on our way back we made a snowgirl! A very leafy one. Her name was Snowball! After taking all that time to make her "beautiful", we realized nobody would be able to see her...since she was down the creek. hehe. Then someone started a snowball fight...so we were running around ducking behind trees hurling snowballs at each other. It was so much fun!! No pics, unfortunately, because I didn't really want to take my cam out in the snow...so sorry guys! Then we made cherry snow-slushies. Yum.
Well, the snow is gone now. But it was fun while it lasted! Hopefully we'll get some more sometime...

AHH!!!!!!! U LUCKYS!!!WE HAVNT HAD AN INCH!!!!!!!! not even half!!! we've had some frost on the cars in the mornings, but that's it! when i was in snow camp in march, i had an awesome snowball fight w/ lindsey & allie. it was my first ever!
